Yes, FK Floor Sanding will provide all the required equipment and tools for the job. We will work with our own equipment to ensure perfect results at all time.
We kindly ask all our clients to provide a parking space for our vehicle, which will greatly help with the work process. If parking arrangements cannot be made, a parking fee will be added to the final bill.
All our services require an empty room in order to be performed.
Just sanding an average room, be it hallway, lounge or bedroom will take no more than a day to sand. However, in case there is need for repairs of existing damage, that time may be extended. For any finish applied after sanding, it would take another day at least.
All quotes made are based on the current price list the company works with and possible discounts present at the moment. As such, we reserve the right to change the quote, but not a final quote you have received prior to starting a work project with our company.
This mostly depends on the colour of the wood prior to sanding. Regardless of the outcome, we can provide staining services to colour the floor to your liking.
